Messages sent on social media are checked less often than email. For anything to do with an order or a payment, please email us so we have a record of it.
What to include
If you are writing about an order, please include:
- Your order number — it is at the top of your confirmation email;
- The email address you used to place the order; and
- A photo, if there is something wrong with the fruit.
That is usually enough for us to sort it out in one reply.
